With the Adult Learner in mind, our Institute offers two unique calendar cycles for the academic phase of the training; Summer Intensive or Yearlong. Both phases are followed by an Internship/Practicum Phase.
Summer Intensive Cycle
Adult Learners seeking a fast-paced shortened cycle have the opportunity to attend the bulk of their Academic courses the summer course cycle which typically runs from mid June to early August. Classes are held on weekdays, from Monday through Friday, on a continuous schedule (June to August). After completion of the academic phase, adult learners transition into their nine month Internship/ Practicum phase from September to June.
Yearlong Cycle
Our traditional yearlong academic course cycle begins in September and ends in June of the academic year. A maximum of two weekend commitments per month allow learners to pace their learning experience while also managing their professional and personal priorities. Classes are typically held on Saturdays and Sundays for the entire day. After completion of the academic phase, adult learners transition into their nine month Internship/ Practicum phase which takes place from September to June.
